GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If you cancel 120 days or more before the retreat start date, 50% of your payment can be applied toward the cost of another E3 retreat taken within one (1) year of cancellation. You forfeit 50% of your payment.
2. If you cancel 59 to 119 days before the retreat start date, 25% of your payment can be applied toward the cost of another E3 retreat taken within one (1) year of cancellation. You forfeit 75% of your payment.
3. If you cancel 59 days or less before the retreat start date, you forfeit 100% of your payment.
